Awesome. This video is Band of Gold which was a popular UK drama in 1996. Despite it's age it is still totally relevant, and covers prostitution, rape, drugs, relocating from one city to another, friendship amongst women, love, passion & poverty. It's totally gritty and very revealing about life in Bradford for women on the game (prostitutes).
For the record, Bradford is near Leeds, Northern England, where Mel B, formally of the Spice Girls, comes from. So you may recognise the accent.
This drama starred the fantastically talented Cathy Tyson, Sandra Dickinson & Samantha Morton. This is what we call acting. Brilliant.
